Originated by Seena Frost, SoulCollage® is
an intuitive, expressive art process in which
you construct a card deck that becomes a
visual story of your soul’s journey. As you
start to learn the language of the symbols
and images on your cards, they become a
doorway into your strengths, your beauty,
your multiplicity, and your inner wisdom.
You choose a powerful image for a 5x8” card. You give it a voice, “I am the one who... ” then cut it out and give it a new background. The resulting card evokes unconscious symbols and when repeating the “I am one who…” the symbols speak from deep within, surprising you.

Catherine Henderson loves to create. She has
worked in paint, clay, fabric, movement and writing,
all alongside 35 years of practicing bodywork.
She recently moved to Vashon from Berkeley.
