I attended the European School of Osteopathy 1976-80. I practiced in London, before moving to Berkeley in 1986. I worked at the Hahnemann Medical Clinic, before going into private practice, providing cranial therapy services to my clients.
For 30 years I worked with many families, seeing babies grow to adults and become parents. I saw the power of osteopathy to transform lives, especially with early intervention.
I have studied Biodynamics with James Jealous DO since 1987. My interest in birth and the perinatal period includes studies in Pre and Perinatal Psychology with Dr. William Emerson and Dr. Ray Castellino. I have also studied midwifery, practiced as a doula, and attended many births.
My teaching experience includes: The Sutherland Cranial College, The European School of Osteopathy, Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and many Biodynamics and Biobasics courses.
My work is informed by my love of the natural world, Jungian psychology, meditation practice, Continuum Movement, and a creative curiosity. My passions are collaboration, community, writing fiction, and hiking.
I am enjoying my life on Vashon and look forward to meeting you
