Originated by Seena Frost, SoulCollage® is an intuitive, expressive art process in which you construct a card deck that becomes a visual story of your soul’s journey. As you start to learn the language of the symbols and images on your cards, they become a doorway into your strengths, your beauty, your multiplicity, and your inner wisdom.

Are you looking for a way to explore your inner life that’s fun and creative?
SoulCollage® is a way to access your inner wisdom. Through a simple cut and paste process you make a deck of collaged cards, each card representing a unique part of yourself. Then, in dialoguing with the cards, you go diving into their mystery and access the inner wisdom they impart to you.
Seena Frost, a Jungian therapist, developed it in the 1980s. She says:
“SoulCollage® is both a creative celebration of the complexities of Soul and, at the same time underneath this complexity, is the honoring of our Spirit’s unity with Source. It’s a process emphasizing Both/And; Spirit and Soul; One and the Many. To honor the forever evolving, amazing dance of our Souls, we create many collaged cards using found images to depict our unique parts. We give names to these parts, dialogue with them, and embrace them, even the ones that are shadowed and acting out. Giving a card its own name and allowing it time to say what’s wrong and what is needed often helps these inner parts heal. The inner part is able to find new ways to express its special energy so it has a positive place.”
The nature of SoulCollage® makes it accessible to all!
No artistic ability is needed. We use a simple cut and paste process and all images are provided in the class.

CELTIC WHEEL CLASSES
The Celtic Wheel of the Year begins at Samhain (October 31st) and progresses through Winter Solstice, Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Beltain, Summer Solstice, Lammas and Autumn Equinox. We celebrate the four cross-quarter days, Samhain, Imbolc, Beltain and Lammas with a day of ceremony and Soul Collage ® at the Hanna Barn.
